My wife and I ordered some plants and stones for our outdoor area recently and had a great experience with The Yard. The staff were super friendly and helped us choose the volume and colour we were after, and even delivered to us outside their normal hours. Their advice was spot on and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Would highly recommend to all!
The owner (Sarah) is a disrespectful piece of work that has no time of day for others and is only interested in money and makeing the GP. SAD SAD SAD world we live in. Also David the owner of the yard part of this stupid place. Came to my work place to insult and berrate me in front of other customers. As somebody in customer service I would think both sarah and David would have a clue on how to keep customers in but unfortunately they only know how to chase them away.
