RecommendedMy lease at the Yard just officially ended so I would like to share my experience with the Yard for the past year. Overall speaking, I think the Yard is a really nice place to live near campus, especially if you are taking classes near the central campus. Once again residents are locked inside of the parking garage downstairs and the gate will not open from the inside nor outside. Not only is this a safety issue but also not the first time this has happened. Both of the emergency numbers you left are not valid numbers and there is no one to get ahold of. This is very disappointing once again, especially for the price I pay here as a resident.
You can never have a good sleep here without ear plugs. Every day there’s party and music, and sometimes even the train!!!!! Never live here!!! Unless you wanna be waken up at 3am every day. : )
The one of a kind student housing experience you can get at Ann Arbor. Nice, friendly and trustworthy staff. Not only students will enjoy their college life here, parents can achieve peace of mind.
