This is the second time I have dealt with The Yacht Rigger. The first time with solar install, this time with a fitting on my rainman water maker. Both times product and service have been in point. However, when it was trouble time, Richard really shines. He was there to walk me through both problems I had and see me through to a sucessful conclusion. Highly rated!
2023 Update: Just had the crew at The Yacht Rigger help us out with some repairs after Hurricane Ian and we remain impressed by their work and culture. We needed a new custom arch for our dinghy, paddle board storage, and solar array. Brian did an amazing job taking our wish list and making it a reality, with thoughtful solutions and a genuine caring for the outcome. I had a solar install project DIY, with major assistance and help from The Yacht Rigger crew. Their professionalism, knowledge and skill are unparalleled. Brian, Will, Will, Steve, Jesse, Andrè, Carrie and Courtney, (everyone really) were critical in getting my boat up to speed! My wife and I are in the process of outfitting our Pearson 422 for cruising in the Caribbean.
