We enjoyed our stay at The Y on Broadway, a unique hotel set inside a historic former YMCA home to the oldest basketball court in the United States, which adds real character and charm to the property. The rooms are updated, spacious, and very clean, and the hotel itself is exceptionally quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The lobby is lovely, especially the fireplace area, which is a cozy and welcoming spot to unwind. A few areas could use improvement. Very happy with our 2 day stay!
Awful folks! Our check in was in the afternoon, we walked in with my 2 year old to use the restroom and we were literally kicked out as we were not current guests. She even walked us out to ensure we left and drove away. Needless to say we cancelled the reservation as this type of service is absurd! A baby should soil themselves vs using their restroom…. No humanity what so ever.
