Got hit in the eye while in the pool by people throwing around a rubber bounce ball. Brought up issue with front desk and also email to no response. They care little for safety, even less for following up
Great staff and clean
I had a very unpleasant experience with a male lifeguard today. He was extremely rude and spoke to me in a confrontational manner instead of addressing the situation politely. I believe staff should know how to communicate respectfully with customers, and unfortunately, that was not the case today.
My school went there for a swim program we were meant to be in the pool for 45 minutes more like 30. Two of the workers there were highly rude.Change rooms are filthy and only TWO actual change private rooms.They made up climb out the top part of the pool even though there was a ladder someone got cut from climbing up.
