Be aware of their profiteering, we are all doing it hard with money and if you miss a payment you get charge $15 per attempt, this is just profiteering, no need for multiple charges of $15, it doesn't cost that much to process a payment. Low life's everywhere, they even abuse their staff.
People texting while on the machines was dreadful taking over half hour to finish on one machine. I was abused and sworn through my workout when I asked one guy nicely how long he’d be on the machine. I’ve asked staff to put posters up about texting between sets with no response. As in the posters: You can’t work out without a towel or proper footwear as stated, but no posters about taking up on machines texting. Nothing. I only use the pool now but won’t use their gym again. This place was exceptional! Staff were extremely friendly and showed care for everyone that was there. Special props to Ricky for going above and beyond in taking care of me during my visit
Absolutely useless... Called Belgravia Group who now own all the leasure centres in Taree, Forster etc way before school term started and was told they don't have a booking schedule yet as they haven't reopened... Child on the phone took all my details for a call back then never called back. Fast forward to today. Called em back and now their all full up but assured me if they raised and "enquire" someone would call me back when they have spaces....
