Great facilities. Great staff. Great price. So yeah, all around great.
I have been working with a trainer here for almost a month and I can already notice an improvement. I told her what I was interested in and she sticks to that play book. Her knowledge is remarkable for someone so young and I am hoping I can get even more benefits from her exercises. Her name is Delaine Fisher and her personality and professionalism are the best I have ever seen in a physical fitness devotee.
Love the Zumba instructors Sasha, Taisha and Jenna. They are amazing and so welcoming I love a attending to their classes.
Meh started coming here for the winter time pool use. Showed up last week and there was a sign on the door poop was closed until further notice. Would have been nice if that was on the website Called ahead this week about open swim and they said pool was back open and open swim starts at 4. Show up at 355 and pool people say "oh actually it's going to be open at 415 because we just added chemicals" Too much to ask to add chemicals in anticipation of open swim apparently...
