We joined The Y this year with the goal of getting our kids more involved in sports, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The Y offers a wide variety of programs, many of which are free or have just a small participation fee, making it really accessible for families. Extremely nice staff, members and all around amazing vibe. Great workout equipment. Beautiful pool with a large size. Amazing seeing the work that’s done with children and people in need. Nothing to complain about except lacking a smith machine
My kids love taking taekwondo
Everyone here is very friendly, and I love the water fitness, aqua Zumba, and cardio dance classes
