As someone who recently underwent a prostate exam at The Y Factor, I can say that the experience was far from positive. The doctor's office lost my lab results, including a sperm donation and urinalysis, and now claims to have no record of my donation. It's incredibly frustrating and concerning that such essential medical information could be lost or misplaced. I second Brian Stasney's review (below). I switched over to The Y Factor because it's literally down the street from my house, however, I can't believe they're in business. I've gone without my medication a couple of months ago because I couldn't reach a representative. You have to call in to their voicemail system, but it takes multiple attempts to get them to respond. Pasaron mas de 15 dias a la espera de los resultados de unos análisis no se comunicaron asta que yo lo hice para pedir los resultados. Al preguntar que seguia me dijeron que preguntarian al doctor y se comunicarian conmigo y nunca lo hicieron

Avoid at all costs! The PA's you'll speak to in office are knowledgeable and engaged unfortunately that's where the good experience ends. Good luck once things move to the back office if you need a prescription called in. It has taken three plus weeks of emails, voicemails, stopping by the office for someone to pick up the phone and do their job.
