As someone who recently underwent a prostate exam at The Y Factor, I can say that the experience was far from positive. The doctor's office lost my lab results, including a sperm donation and urinalysis, and now claims to have no record of my donation. It's incredibly frustrating and concerning that such essential medical information could be lost or misplaced. I have been a patient of The Y Factor since the beginning of 2022. My experience with staff is always first rate. I would however, like to single out one staff member in particular, Ahmad Tabbara MS. Ahmad has been my go to contact since my first visit. He has great “bedside manner” in that he made me feel comfortable from the very start.
