I would not recommend this office. I drove there today to drop off a sample, only to find the office closed with absolutely no notice posted on the door. The Labcorp inside the building was also closed. This is not the first time this has happened. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that no one answers the phone, and there isn’t even a voicemail or recorded message informing patients that the office is closed. These people only care about payments and not provide health services you have to pay every for visit even follow ups just to know test results. The lady at the reception desk rude and unprofessional no customer service skills

From the appointment to the circumcision procedure itself this facility and staff were prompt and professional. Daniela and Manny were so kind and understanding. Dr. Williams’ bedside manner is warm and professionally efficient. Wish I would have gone sooner!

This experience was great. It was fast. It was very knowledgeable on every question that I asked. I felt very comfortable and relax. Mr. Manny and Mr. Williams also made me feel very confident and also it was done in a timely matter. I recommend any man who’s had the same problem as me to come here and is very affordable and they actually care.

Would not recommend Y Factor for a vasectomy. My brother-in-law had his procedure done there and was in a lot of pain afterward. He said the experience was much worse than expected, and overall it was very disappointing. I would suggest researching other places before choosing this clinic.
