Never been to a doctor’s office where a doctor charges to give patient a 2-3min call back when calling in extremely important medicine. This is an extremely low bar for customer service that cannot be met, sad.

Horrible people the staff was cracking jokes about my health They want you to pay for every follow up visit just to go over results. The lady at the front desk rude. No customer service.

I would not recommend this office. I drove there today to drop off a sample, only to find the office closed with absolutely no notice posted on the door. The Labcorp inside the building was also closed. This is not the first time this has happened. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that no one answers the phone, and there isn’t even a voicemail or recorded message informing patients that the office is closed. These people only care about payments and not provide health services you have to pay every for visit even follow ups just to know test results. The lady at the reception desk rude and unprofessional no customer service skills
