Forgot to mention, the consultation was not done with the doctor who performs the surgery, i never even met him.
Terrible customer service, scheduled my surgery for Tuesday morning, they canceled on Monday. They doubled booked the only Doctor available to perform vasectomy's and called me the day before to "reschedule". I said i could do any time earlier (i had changed my work schedule and arranged a ride), they were unwilling to even attempt to do it earlier.
