Pricing was inconsistent. We were charged £7 for only gym access one day, then next time we showed up they charged us £14 and said they didn’t offer gym only access. Manager was rude and not accommodating, shame because the staff there seems to try their best…
Hidden Gym of Manchester, always a good experience
The Gym looked very busy, but we used the pool, and it was absolutely luxurious
Generally this place is lovely and have been many times. But they've changed their locker room policy to make it unsafe and exclusionary for trans people. this isn't making things better for everyone, it's making it worse. This isn't safer for anyone. People are going to feel unwelcome and judged for their appearance and how well they fit social labels of gender when entering the space - and be othered and excluded because of subjective opinions on appearance and how bodies should exist. We just want to go swimming.
Forces people to join sessions that don't line up with their gender identity and lies about it being a legal requirement.
