Lovely store, super friendly employees, Camilo was very kind and helpful. The in-house sipping chocolate, candied ginger and cardamom chocolate bars are not to miss. A Solano avenue staple, not to be missed!
Chocolate was good but way too expensive. We really enjoyed the first experience with the staff being very friendly and giving us free samples. But then the second time we encountered a person that acted like the owner of the store who was a pretentious curmudgeon. She was rude and told us that $30 for a chocolate bar was cheap and that she was thinking about raising the price for the next batch. Might try the place again when this person doesn’t work there but that experience really left a bad taste in my mouth.
I think the chocolates are good here. But not extraordinary for the price point. Their hours aren't very good for working people and you have to buy a box you can't buy one chocolate at a time. I like Casa de chocolates because they have better hours and also I'm more refined taste to the chocolate there.
I ordered for a local delivery. They were fast and I got amazing customer service. Their chocolates are the best!!!!
