I love taking class with Melanie Rivera! She does a great job at not only explaining the workout but explaining what each move is achieving. Melanie is really great at offering alternative moves, should you need them. She provides great corrections so you get the maximum benefits from your workout and her classes are fun to be a part of!
Melanie is an incredibly passionate, supportive, and knowledgeable coach who truly helps you reach your goals. She customizes each workout to target specific muscle groups, all while keeping sessions engaging and enjoyable. She’s also shown me how to push past my limits and give that extra effort during tough workouts.
The atmosphere is everything, super motivating, welcoming, and just overall great vibes. Melanie was awesome and knowledgeable. She really takes the time to explain things and makes you feel comfortable while still pushing you!
Hi, I am usually not one to write reviews and I also am fairly hard to impress, and I must say I have been really impressed by the X House. I started recently in a group training program focused on athletes. I play pickleball but also played tennis my whole life through college (so I have had many trainers, coaches, teachers, etc.).
