I've been to The X House several times now, and it's quickly become one of my favorite places to work out! The coaches are incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, and they take the time to make sure you're performing each movement correctly. The programming is top-notch, the atmosphere is motivating, and the community they've built is something really special. It's the kind of place that genuinely makes you look forward to coming back.
I was invited to the X house for a workout class and had the most amazing time. The vibe the moment you walk into the gym is just super welcoming & high energy! you can see the amazing community that the X house has. Can't wait for the next one !
The absolute best gym and people! As someone who recently just moved to PSL, the X house has been nothing but greatness! Always excited to go into my sessions not only because of the great people, great vibes, but the great training they also provide. 10000/10 experience!

I can't recommend Arber highly enough. He's been my personal trainer for several months, and the difference he's made has been incredible. I live with chronic pain and fatigue, so finding a trainer who can adapt sessions around flare-ups, good days, and bad days is incredibly important and Arber does this exceptionally well.
