DO NOT LIVE HERE. Tara Jefferies is easily one of the most unprofessional property managers I’ve ever dealt with. Between the unexplained charges and the overall lack of integrity, this place operates in a very sleazy way. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
I have been living at the landing for over 2 years now and I do like living here, but I think the annual yearly rent increases are unreasonable. I do understand that it’s not technically the office’s decision to raise the rates, but my rent has varied from $450-620 over 2 years. I also think the amount of money they spend on holding events or the free meals is great, but it’s a lot which could contribute to the rising prices and I don’t think they’re all needed.
