if you are looking for housing at mizzou and value your life, do not live here. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. management, specifically tara, is horrible and rude. her behavior towards myself and my roommate was completely uncalled for. there is such a lack of communication between the complex and the residents as well. maintenance does not give a warning if they enter the apartment, and they even almost walked in on my roommate naked once. maintenance also does a horrible job of fixing things. we had a ceiling ... read more

Apartment was incredibly gross the day I moved in. I signed up for a 4 person apartment, I knew two of my roommates going into it, and we had one random roommate who lived there last year and continued their lease over the summer, but was not there when we arrived. The staff of The Landing decided that this meant they didn’t have to care at all about inspecting or cleaning the apartment prior to any of us arriving. If you're a college student looking for housing, live anywhere else. After moving out, we were hit with around $250 in move-out charges, including charges for minor issues that felt extremely excessive. There were also several issues during our time living there. Our dryer broke 4–5 times, eventually resulting in us having to get a completely new one.
