I ordered a $28 basket for my walker but it turned out I didn't need it. Customer service (NOT) told me to take the unopened box to the Post Office and ask for it to be 'Returned to Sender'. They said 'not possible, it was shipped by UPS'...very lame service. Cost me $13 to return the item and with a 20% b.s. restocking fee, I would never recommend this company for anything. They could care less. I should have donated it to Goodwill.
