My new favorite HVAC company!! I had been having problems with my HVAC for over a year, with multiple companies “fixing” it. Finally called The Wright Co on a recommendation from a neighbor. The service person, Albert, was very professional and seemed to be good at his job. The source of the problem was difficult to determine and the owner of the company ended up coming out and between the two of them, the figured things out. I just saw one of their drivers come within inches of hitting someone. They had to slam their brakes on or else it would’ve been a 4 vehicle crash. Reckless driving in a company vehicle is not the brightest thing to do.

As with others, I purchased 5 Carrier mini split units that came thru The Wright Company by an former employee of theirs. The Wright Company performed the installation 'after hours' for Air Conditioning One. TWC made errors such as severing an electrical line, placing a unit in the area resulting in a costly repair to drywall/paint, the need to solder a line, and forgetting to add a control wire after stucco was placed over refrigerant lines. I’ve been with my company for over a year now, and during that time, we’ve had ongoing issues with our air conditioning unit despite it being brand new. I wish I were exaggerating, but we’ve had to call the company out nearly every month, if not every other month, because the system keeps breaking down. Rather than replacing the unit, which clearly has a defect, they continue to send technicians over and over again.
