Great company to work with.
Purchased a unit that came thru The Wright Company by an excuse employee of theirs and have had issues with it every year since. The individual would come over, look at it, make some adjustments and then leave - at one point he quit responding. Since the unit has a 10 year warranty, I reached out to The Wright Company. They sent a young guy out that was all over the place.
