Purchased a unit that came thru The Wright Company by an ex-employee of theirs and have had issues with it every year since. The individual would come over, look at it, make some adjustments and then leave - at one point he quit responding. Since the unit has a 10 year warranty, I reached out to The Wright Company. They sent a young guy out that was all over the place.
