I been going here for 18 years, it went down hill, it’s never clean blood stains on floor always dirty now, 2 hours wait, they take in more clients than they can handle. I could see if this was an urgent care or something but they make appts and never see you until and hour or 2 later or take you in and have you wait in a dirty room for hours. When you need things they don’t pay attention. It’s more about teaching, then helping patients.
Psychiatry department thinks it’s okay to call in mental health meds 4 days late, take PTO so no one can call in correct medication. I didn’t know adderall was the same prescription as vyvanse. Never had my medication switched nor called in almost an entire week late until I switched the behavioral health at the Wright Center facility. What a joke.
