I absolutely love the school based practice. Chelsea and Bryan are both angels in my book. They are fantastic with my son. He loves Chelsea and always looks forward to seeing her. She's fantastic and so is Bryan. Any time I need him to be seen it takes me less than 2 minutes to schedule him online. I don't know what I would do without them. If I have questions, yes the call center answers, but they get my message over to the nurses fast and they always return my call quickly. Very grateful for this office.
The only positive aspect of this clinic is the nursing staff…. they are consistently kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, everything else about the clinic is unprofessional and frustrating. The front desk is the first impression of any clinic, and sadly, this one sets the tone for everything wrong here. Be aware.AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE IN SCHOOL. Cannot get in touch with actual doctors office sends you to call center and they repeat back your records without confirming who it is. Will be calling state for a ppi (personal privacy information) violation. Doctors will not send documents or faxes or even respond to schools in a timely manner so students are now losing out on their education due to the doctors and this establishment.
