The only positive aspect of this clinic is the nursing staff…. they are consistently kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, everything else about the clinic is unprofessional and frustrating. The front desk is the first impression of any clinic, and sadly, this one sets the tone for everything wrong here. Be aware.AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU ARE IN SCHOOL. Cannot get in touch with actual doctors office sends you to call center and they repeat back your records without confirming who it is. Will be calling state for a ppi (personal privacy information) violation. Doctors will not send documents or faxes or even respond to schools in a timely manner so students are now losing out on their education due to the doctors and this establishment. Best doctors and staff! They’re all amazing!!!
3500 in a hole because doctor said I could go anywhere for bloodwork an an xray. Never tried telling me where I could go an keep me in network so I went to gesinger near my home. Now stuck with the bill, when I went there to discuss this was brought in office smirks and basically said they'll take a payment plan. Very inconsiderate not to mention they've referred me an kept me in network for other issues. But this you can go anywhere an look what it got me.
