These guys are the worst of both worlds. They're both crooked and inept. I bought a package deal for 3 oil changes but they only honored the first oil change. They said they changed management and that the new owner would not honor the remaining oil changes. I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube afterwards and they told me whoever replaced the oil before actually overfilled it. I'm typically pretty easy to please but this place couldn't do worse if they tried. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
i have been coming here for well over a year they always answer my questions and help me. i have tried at home mechanics many times and end up back and forth at the parts house several times, looking for the solution. i come here and the job gets done fast and right and they will even look at the finished job and tell me if they see anything wrong with it. it like being in shop class at high school. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE PEOPLE THERE.
The first time I went with a Google Offer I purchased. they tried to charge me a variety of items. After some debate and having a printed copy of my 'Google Offer' coupon, the gave in and removed the extra charges. When I went in the second time for 3 oil changes, they tried to charge me for an oil filter since they did not have one in stock, and had to order one and have it delivered. I have a chevy van. I love this place. When I started, I knew NOTHING about cars. I have used this place several times, and time and time again it never fails to amaze me. The "rent-a-mechanic" service is priceless and the "do-it-yourself" mentality is spectacular. No they did not pay me, I simply love their service. The confidence that I will NEVER be ripped off again by some GETTO mechanic is priceless. They can "hook you up" with almost anything your car needs, and save you a bundle. I will never ever EVER take my car to a mechanic again.
