WOW I WAS EXTREMELY NERVOUS ABOUT GOING HERE. ONLY BECAUSE IVE BEEN TREATED FOR BURN WOUNDS WHILE DEPLOYED AND ITS NO JOKE SOAKING AND GETTING SCRAPED DAY AFTER DAY. PROBABLY THE WORST PAIN ANYONE ALIVE COULD ENDURE. AND ENDURE WE DO. PAIN IS A GREAT INDICATOR THAT YOU ARE STILL ALIVE. Dr. Miller & all the staff are truly "caregivers". My 87 year old daddy is not a number, he is an important human being, he is not a bother. We thank them more than words can say.
Very professional and caring.
I've been so scared about going into the hyperbaric chamber. But Gary the operator there assured me it was ok. He explained how it all works and eased my fears. The other day my blood sugar was low when I came out he immediately gave me 2 cups of o.j. to help bring it up I was a little dizzy at first but I was amazed at his concern for my well being. He notified the others they gave me glucose which was God awful, but the bagel was delicious. What a great team there is there.
Love the team there. They care about there patients. They know me by my name I like that. Dr. Rodriguez and her team wants to get to the root of the source of the problem. In my experience I feel they worry about my blood sugar they care. I can't say it enough they care. There good people. There is one little bitty problem. They don't return your calls. It's happened once.
