"his is a fantastic place. As a former college athlete, I still had the itch to play competitive sports and wanted to join a men's soccer league. I was hesitant at first, unsure if my body would be up for it after transitioning into suburban dad life. However, the staff at The Worx boosted my confidence and created a plan that worked for both my body and lifestyle. Three seasons later – 1 Championship, 2 Golden Gloves (Best Goalie), and I’m still going strong!

My teenage son has been working with Coach Rene for the past three months. Coach Rene is extremely knowledgeable about fitness and training. He’s very patient, encouraging, professional and personal. He understands my son’s goal and customize training to his fitness level. My son definitely has grown stronger physically and mentally. I’d highly recommend Coach Rene to anyone.

Five stars! My daughter, 9, has thrived at The Worx. We have seen her flexibility and speed have improved significantly, boosting her performance at softball and basketball. The coaches are fantastic, and the classes are engaging. We love coach Rene. Highly recommend!

I’m so excited about going back to work out. I had many choices, but I knew that I trusted them Came in for an assessment, and I knew I was going to sign up I’m working with a personal trainer Rene, he pushes me every day. I feel stronger I feel more courageous. It really helps me in all aspects of my life Then he tells me about a sport conditioning class I bring my son and now I will be bringing him!! WORX has always been a family. I’m so glad that I was able to come back after so many years.
