Norilda was very helpful and the gym has all the necessary implements that I need.
Have been charged constantly even after trying to cancel my account. They make it a very hard process to do so, there’s literally no reason to lock people into a complicated process to cancel other than greed. Just go look at previous replies and you’ll see how unprofessionally ran the location is, just go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. EDIT: Response says they have no notes of cancellation attempts but when you try to call, they will tell you to come in and refuse to go any further. Never had this issue at any gym ... read more
I really enjoy training in this gym. The place is always spotless, and the equipment is well organized and in great condition. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, especially Nerlinda, who always greets you with a smile and is ready to help with any concerns or questions. Highly recommend!!

Norilda is very nice. Good equipment. Just wish people would clean machines after use.
