The atmosphere is fantastic, the coaches are great, they really care and pay attention to what you are doing and correct you if you are doing the exercise the wrong way.
Worlds best boot camp is seriously amazing! The coaches are all so knowledgeable and welcoming. If you're looking for a place with the family like environment, motivating coaches, and all-around support then this is the place for you. I joined this Boot Camp six weeks ago and it was the best decision I've made. can't wait for round two

This place is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and motivating! You don't feel judged or embarrassed if you can't do something... they help you every step of the way. I've gotten so much stronger in a short amount of time. Oh and they make it super fun while still remaining challenging! will definitely go back and recommend it to anyone.
This is an awesome boot camp! The coaches are great at explaining every move, demonstrating and then watching you do the exercise and giving you feedback. This is great so you can not only reduce strain, but get the most out of your exercise and even know how to do it on your own at home.
