Very good experience. Dealt direct with owner who is very knowledgeable. Has so many beautiful tiles it was hard to pick one for bathroom renovation. Will be back for sure for more tile for kitchen renovation! I encourage you to check them out for tile, flooring, and many other things. I give them 10 out of 10!!
The World of Tile only had TWO tiles in the whole store that were the size I needed - one was green and one was white. I ordered the green tile. Four days later the store phoned me and told me the tile was ready to pick up. I drove a 45 minutes to the store only to find that they had ordered the white tile, not the green tile. Because my installer was coming on the Saturday morning, they assured me my tile would be there on Friday; it came in after 7 PM on Friday night.
