Absolutely commendable efforts today with the 'Treats In The Streets' downtown was putting on. If 50% of business owners tried half as hard as you did today the kids' experiences would be sensational.
I was in search of a Shaws of Darwen sink that wasn't available in the US, so I came upon World of Plumbing in Ontario and called on a long shot. From then on, Jason went above and beyond, truly, to deliver the best customer experience imaginable. He made sure that the sink was shipped from the UK to Canada, and from Canada to my cabinetmaker in Pennsylvania. He communicated with me every step of the way and gave me confidence he would get it done. I couldn't be more grateful to him and the team at World of Plumbing.

The new “young” owner has a lot to learn about customer service. I stopped by to get some fittings and before I went in the store one of my dogs had to take a poop. So the owner sticks his head out the door and tells me his “empty” parking lot isn’t public parking. He doesn’t even attempt to ask if I’m coming in his store. With an attitude like his, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great place for your needs big or small.
