Needed a car for my daughter. Chris was fab. Honest. Easy to deal with. No messing. Practical trade in. New car great value. Few things to sort but Chris went that extra mile. I’ve traded over 58 cars and Chris was not your “usual” dealer. Very transparent. A pleasure to deal with and actually surpassed expectations! Well done Chris. Will be back.
Absolutely amazing! I traveled up from Plymouth by train and Martin was able to pick me up from the train station in my new car. The whole transaction was faultless. I felt at ease, was able to have conversations and some jokes and banter too! The car was sold to me on Friday afternoon and I was able to pick it up at 11:30 the next day with no trouble at all despite me being earlier than they expected. Lisa was fantastic! Agreed to meet me for a test drive on Saturday morning. She was really knowledgeable, put me at my ease and was very transparent on the price and condition of the car.
