The owner was very kind and helpful. Just the right amount of customer service where current sales were explained and help was available when needed yet we also felt we could browse without being hounded. The store was well organized in a way that made it easy to shop. Loved that it was easy to locate tall sizes as well. Husband brought in two work shirts and a jacket to have simple flag patches sewn on the right sleeves, a simple task, for someone other than Nicole. Despite clearly discussing what my husband wanted (and her mentioning patch details), she didn’t write anything down and decided on her own to embroider instead. The result? Backwards flags placed near the elbow, not even remotely where they should be, and now they’re permanently ruined. I have been purchasing work shirts form the Workwear Store for a number of years now. They have a great selection of high quality clothing. The staff has always been cheerful and easy to work with. They are also able to do embroidery work if you want to customize a uniform and put your logo on it. Great company!
