Bought $350 worth of pants. Wrong size sent. The owner Rick tried to blame Carhartt. Said he would take them back and send me a return label. That was a month ago. Just the right amount of customer service where current sales were explained and help was available when needed yet we also felt we could browse without being hounded. The store was well organized in a way that made it easy to shop. Loved that it was easy to locate tall sizes as well.
