I’ve had issues with my car for a year now and returned it countless of times only for it to come back worse. Two water pumps later, overheated gasket, my car is no longer safe to drive, leaving me with no car to drive to work. I’m absolutely devastated. I gave three stars because the staff are friendly and welcoming. However I don’t think I can trust them with my car.
Fantastic service and upfront, reasonable pricing. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. They also offer a courtesy car which makes the process of getting your car service so much easier. I definitely recommend their services.
Very helpful when I missed first booking time. Offered up a courtesy car straight away when I mentioned other appts. Staff lovely. Service done on time. No more warning bells or yellow spanner flashing at me. Thanks heaps.
Prompt, friendly and professional service. The car is handling so much better after its wheel alignment and balancing. Well done.
First time at Midas and the last. Service for my Toyota Kluger was $459.75 with two hours labour cost at $300. How it takes two hours to do an oil change I’ll never understand. Tried Midas because I thought AutoMasters was too expensive, their services are $249. Big mistake!!
