I booked my car in for a minor service and timing belt check. I was told I would be given a quote after the car had been looked at. No quote was provided. In the end, the timing belt was not checked, and additional charges were added that I had not agreed to. The invoice presented at collection for the minor service was around $700. The invoice also noted damage to my car during the service, which was not resolved. The business did not honour its “No Nonsense Guarantee” when I raised my concerns.
If you want to pay excessive fees for average workmanship go for it. $600 for an oil change and "service" where others do it for $250 using certified products .
