What a fantastic setup, heaps of room and airy as with all the right equipment to get the job done. Instructors where first class and I’ll be using it to train more if my own clients as well. Good job Rob!

Since joining the Workshed I’ve become much stronger and feel great! I can finally do pull ups and even ran a half marathon. It’s a good location, easy to use and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
