Took a vinyasa class here and was really disappointed that the girl in front of me was recording. It’s really distracting especially because she was in the front row and I could literally see myself in the back of her video. The doors to the yoga studio have a no phones sign. I was going to ask about this after class but it appears she also works here as she was at the front desk after class. This studio has been incredibly accepting and so kind to people like me who are new to hot yoga and are going on their own little fitness journey. Someone who was afraid to get into working out more regularly, The Works has been a place where I feel I have blossom and become comfortable working out and testing out new skills!!
Love the works! All of the instructors are amazing and there’s lots of different class types to choose from
