My husband ordered to go. He got a BBQ beef sandwich & I got a French dip. When opening the sandwiches, his was cold when it was supposed to be a hot sandwich. Mine was very clearly not a French dip. It had lettuce, pickles, onion, olives, mushrooms, etc. over then phone when ordering, my husband stated bell peppers and onions. Great deli! Freshly sliced to order.
The steak is freezer burnt. They used the steak for my last two sandwiches, even thou I asked on the last one and I was told that it wasn't freezer burnt. I stopped by today to order a sandwich and when I asked about the steak I was told that the freezer had an issue and that they would be using the freezer burnt steak until they used it up. I left because I would like a good tasting Philly Cheesesteak sandwich instead of paying for one that I can't eat.
