First time working out at the works using classpass, instructor was so nice and welcoming—even took the time to check in with me after class. Workouts were pretty engaging, I’d definitely recommend coming here!
I took my first class with Marie. I arrived 15 minutes early but I wish I arrived earlier, it was very busy and a lot to take in. They walked me through how everything works and the class was a lot of fun! I was sore the next day
LOVE the community here! Haven’t worked out in a few years so thought i’d try out cycling to see if i’d like it. The energy in the rooms is amazing and so fun to keep up with.
Love the works cycle. All the instructors make you feel confident, stronger and part of so much more than just a spin class. There is absolutely nothing else like it!
