We went here for coffee, which was fine, but the overall experience was not good. Our order was ready for pick up, however, no one called out our name and we waited for a good 10 mins. The staff didn’t seem to care at all.
Went to this place the other day and it was the bomb! The staff was extremely welcoming, and the inside of the place is absolutely beautiful. It’s just such an enjoyable spot to sit down and eat. I got two bagels and a smoothie, and everything was so delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Big shoutout to everyone I saw there—y’all were cool! Yeah, just go. The place is awesome!
It was enjoyable. The menu is limited, but is fine for the summer- most of dishes are mentioned to be served cold. Outside patio is a nice spotted, but was pretty littered when we visited. The big amount of plastic used, with only one trash container is concerning.
I visited The Works Café recently. The food itself was good, but the experience was overshadowed by poor management. The manager, Ian, was incredibly rude to the customer ordering ahead of me, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Later, while I was eating outside, he was smoking right next to the seating area where customers were trying to enjoy their meals. Good good only goes so far when the service is poor!
