Great food and friendly service. I had just started my meal when the dining room floor was mopped around occupied tables with a strongly scented cleaning product. The odor was noticeable enough that I moved outside to finish eating. I understand the need to keep the restaurant clean, but mopping immediately around guests who are actively eating detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience. Service at the counter was terrible. Items were missing, and when staff made the correction, they said, “no problem.” No problem for them? Are you kidding?
I went to buy my bagels and veggie cream cheese from Works which is always delicious! The friendly woman at the counter by mistake gave me 4 bagels instead of a half dozen no problem she apologized and was so sweet and looked for the manager to correct the price Kelly the manager as busy as she was come over apologized and was excellent!! She gave the best service herself which is why her staff is so exceptional! Great food clean and the best service ever!
$5.48 foe the smallest bagel ever with hardly any cream cheese. Also- the cream cheese oddly tastes like butter. Super weird
