the salad was fine. However, the iced latte was absolutely disgusting. Made the mistake of DoorDashing it, so no refund. It had absolutely zero coffee flavor, it was a like a glass of oddly-flavored iced oat milk. Won't ever waste $ on that again. Save yourself and make your own coffee :-) this was undrinkable.
This company really has "fast food" operations done very well. I've never seen it done any better anywhere. And so far, I've used the app in Portland, Concord, Portsmouth, and Brattleboro. Good product, good service. Update: After my last 5 star review a year or two ago, I believe with staff changes or other variables, I have to change my rating. One of the worst places I’ve ever been to. They don’t follow regulations on handling food safely here. They made me a broth bowl that they claimed they've only made twice, and the person that is making it accidentally touches the food inside the bowl with her bare hands because she forgot to put gloves back on, but she denies. I insist on them making me another one, and when they finally do, the ingredients in the broth bowl are not fully cooked. Their soups and Mac n cheese are consistently cold or unevenly heated. Every single time I’ve been there. I hope they can fix it
