What a hidden gem! I came across The Workpit while searching online for quality work clothing. I was specifically looking for a brand called Form—easily one of the best on the market and just starting to get noticed. I'm based in Chelsea and decided to take a drive over to check it out in person. Steve was an absolute legend—super helpful and genuinely passionate about the gear. I highly recommend the Workpitt, the past few times I’ve been into the shop I’ve been dealing with Steve and he’s been great, he has the best interest for you, always on for a chat and a laugh. He’s put me onto two great products and continues to put you in the right direction, I’ve bought the new BOA blundstone’s and Form brand pants and they have both been fantastic ! Exceptional customer service. Came in initially to get new work books, but there was something wrong with the product so had to come back it. Was served both times by a gentleman named Steve, who really wanted to help out. He helped me out with my issue, identified the issue and threw in a pair of insoles for free because he said that customer satisfaction is paramount. I was I initially recommended here by a friend, and I have since recommend this place to others
After buying a pair of boots and having some fit issues with rubbing and such (both my feet are between two sizes), these lads looked after me with a full exchange for a brand new pair in the right size. Super stoked. Top customer service. Will be recommending.
