They'll give you a place to workout, and most of the time there is no fuss. Sometimes however, you get mistreated either by other clients or by instructors. Great atmosphere. Lots of assistance and motivation working with Miranda and the rest of the staff. Not only did I drop weight, I also learned to make healthy life adjustment.
This is a top notch facility that truly cares about each individual member. They know you by name and give so much support and individual attention to each member! The instructors are AMAZING, CARING, and truly MOTIVATING! I’ve never experienced this level of personalized training. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get healthier!
