I've been going to TWB since February 2020 and I love it! The owner, staff and members are all wonderful! If you're looking for a place to workout that isn't hard on your body, is affordable, and you get RESULTS, then try out this place.
Awesome place to workout! Great instructors and fantastic community of ladies. Every workout is different with a wide variety of classes (HIIT, Open Barre, Core Barre, Barre Boost, Circuit Barre) to meet every fitness level. Experience high calorie burn while toning every major muscle group. You will see and feel the results!! The owner goes above and beyond to make every member happy. They also offer adult and youth dance classes.
Great classes for adults as well as dance classes for kids! I love the staff and owner! It feels like family there!
