We were members for about two years. The complaints I have with this gym is (1) it needs routine cleaning, (2) it is VERY HARD to get in contact with the owner or anyone in charge there if you have a problem or want to change your membership status. I have been trying to cancel my membership since June. I am being charged when I can't even use the gym for personal reasons.
