Ignorant and unprofessional customer service. Did not care that they booked us for the wrong service. A waste of time and money.
Rude, unprofessional and ignorant customer service. Couldn’t provide the service we enquired about, but booked in and told us they’re unable to do it when we brought the child for a session. Charged the money without explaining Medicare rebates, could not do the Medicare claim themselves correctly, so we had to do it ourselves, however they sent the invoice with errors making it more complicated for us. A waste of time and money.
