We attended a private event, the staff was unprepared although they apologized, it was strange that nothing was set up prior to the start of the event.
We were sadly charged for a stay that was not booked. We could not resolve with the travel company, and the managing company would not return any of our calls. We are sad to say with all the hotels/motels we have stayed in in omaha, this management was the worst ti deal with.
Loved the 2 bedroom loft ... very spacious and comfortable! Fully stocked and exceptionally convenient. The only thing lacking was a full length mirror... Otherwise, amazing
