Went to the Woolery today in Frankfort, ky. It was a very disappointing experience. Currently, their show room is closed. I did not know this. I stood on the sidewalk in front of the Woolery where I could see a worker inside. So I called to ask if they had the knitting machine I wanted to buy. She said let me check. Yes they did. However, I would have to order it online. Then I could have it mailed to me or pick up. I explained I was outside the store and had driven over an hour, could I buy it now. I recently ordered a rigid heddle loom and made a mistake with the shipping address. Customer service was so helpful and understanding; another loom was shipped again, at no cost to me. Love this company!
I have not had a chance to visit the shop but found your website through my brother who works with those who are visually impaired. He recommended it on social media because he was so impressed by the accommodations your website has for those with a wide variety of disabilities. Always amazing! Every time I order something online (from parts for my spinning wheel to a brand new rigid heddle loom) the items are packaged with care and arrive in perfect condition. So much love goes into their products. I would recommend them to anyone needs materials or parts for a project.
