What wonderful customer service. Kay went above and beyond to organise delivery of birthday flowers to my 93 year old Mum living in a small country town in Victoria . Kay thank you so much for all the effort you went too.
Kay is amazing! Went above and beyond as we needed this quickly. She made us a priority and I know she was busy. Very thankful. The flower selection was perfect and so fresh. Recommend more than 5 stars but that is the most they will allow me :o)

Great customer service. I was looking for a plant or flowers for my Aunt who was released from the hospital today. We are visiting from Texas and she lives in The Gap. The bow added a special touch. I’m sure she’ll like this plant.
