I chose the score just based of the salesman response, sorry. Yup you spend 3300 on wood/shipping and you choose a shipper that doesn't handle the skids well and they expect the client to accept it. Their paperwork states and reiterates it. I have a couple damaged pieces but based on them, i just accept it. I plan to review my options and will proceed accordingly. edit-updated review, material only had 3 messed up pieces b ut good stuff

Excellent quality and craftsmanship on our knotty pine wood door.
Excellent customer service. I ordered 10 gallons of lifeline ultra 2 stain but was sent another brand. I called the shop and they got right on it sending me the correct stain, they even arranged for fedex to pick up the incorrect stain.
