To be perfectly honest, the quality of the door is irrelevant because the Indian lady who answers the phone is super rude and makes a point of not answering any of your questions. What's the point of an admin who can't answer questions about the business they are answering for? I made the deposit and called politely to ask what timeframe I could expect one door and her response was "Well it won't be done tomorrow". It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Jodi, who made the design and ordering so easy. The door and matching frame have been made to our exact specifications, so were a dream to install. Woodworkers products are absolutely excellent quality. We had a problem with our sliding door and so George came to do a site visit. He was professional, friendly and truly went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend Woodworkers based on the quality of the products and the post sales service.
We had our internal doors & french doors custom designed by woodworkers. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Lisa Bell was so incredibly helpful, responsive and so creative, always coming up with even better ideas to help create a beautiful outcome. We then came back again and got our front gate designed by Lisa, and it looks amazing and the quality of woodworkers products are outstanding. I'll be back again soon ordering more doors & windows as the renovation continues! :)
Woodworkers are incredible particularly around the back at woodworkersxs. Andy was helping 4 customers at once. He called in Tyler who was able to not only assist the customer load but was perfect in delivery. Well done Andy and Tyler. Will be back soon.
