To be perfectly honest, the quality of the door is irrelevant because the Indian lady who answers the phone is super rude and makes a point of not answering any of your questions. What's the point of an admin who can't answer questions about the business they are answering for? I made the deposit and called politely to ask what timeframe I could expect one door and her response was "Well it won't be done tomorrow". I have a house full of Woodworkers timber doors, trims and windows. Huge shout out to John at Woodworkers Brisbane for my latest purchase this week, beautiful new barn doors, Great service and expertise and a great product.
We had our internal doors & french doors custom designed by woodworkers. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Lisa Bell was so incredibly helpful, responsive and so creative, always coming up with even better ideas to help create a beautiful outcome. We then came back again and got our front gate designed by Lisa, and it looks amazing and the quality of woodworkers products are outstanding. I'll be back again soon ordering more doors & windows as the renovation continues! :)
