I had a return never used but the store associate told me he didn't know how long I had had the product just wanted store credit. I felt like he thought I was being Untruthful. I am sure I am no loss too you but I do buy 6 north face jackets there every ear fir Christmas and the shoes I wear only buy 3 or 4 poo air a year but they cost about 200 a pair. Lost me over a 44 dollar store credit. I thought I had the sale ticket guess I dropped it in the car.
Not impressed by the customer service. My husband and I stopped in yesterday around 7pm and the 3 girls working didn't even look up at us once or acknowledge us even when one of the employees lightly ran into me. Didn't say a word. My husband loves that store but it put a bad taste in my mouth to be honest. It doesn't hurt to say hello and ask if someone needs help.

I've purchased many items and their customer service is amazing. They can answer any question and go out of their way to make sure you get what you want or better! Plus, you can't beat a locally owned and operated business.
I never go to Central Mall without stopping by The Woodsman. It's been my favorite store since I was a kid.
Great store offering a wide variety of top name brand outdoor & sporting good items. Stop in and see them, nice folks!

Generally I like this place... great staff... great selection... great name brands... but... BRING YOUR CHECKBOOK!!! That or hit the sale racks! Im not sure of the science behind retail mark up, but $499.99 is WAY outside my price range for a jacket! Seriously tho... they have $500 jackets... :-/
