I have lived at The Woods of Burnsville since 2021. I love my apartment! The team in the rental office are amazing, and very professional. Jada has always been so kind and supportive to help me with any questions or concerns I might have. I love having elevators and underground parking if needed.
I needed a place to move right away and they had multi apartments available and after looking at other dives I chose this. They don't show you your building or apartment they show you the models they have. I kept asking to see the apartment I was going to rent, but they had excuses why I could not. So I get to my apartment and it's right off Cty Rd 42. The road noise is very loud with door shut. Im so happy I moved out of here. I had just had surgery and woke up the next morning to find my vehicle and my sons car had been illegally towed. I was informed that sixty cars had been towed. They have a contract with Elite Towing in Savage. Next, when I moved out, I went to the office and handed my keys plus the fob along with my parking sticker to Jada. They later claimed they never got it and charged me $125. They also charged me an additional $180 to $200 stating This was for utilities in the first month of my tenancy.... read more
there is a reason they call it the hoods of Burnsville, this place is horrible. every month the rent changes, there is trash everywhere, they never fix anything, and they are so incompetent they can't even hang a notice on the door telling you when they are plowing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here it's 2 points short of a have way house
It’s a shit show I DONT SUGGEST ANYONE TO MOVE HERE I CAN’T WAIT TO THE LEASE IS OVER . Dirty nasty and it stinks so bad Don’t move here !! You’ll be upset paying over priced rent for TARSH. Nobody in the office knows what’s going on. It’s a joke.
