We were hit by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign. I called to set up an appointment and was told it would take 2 years. So I said that timeline didn’t work for me and since it takes that long there’s no need for an appointment right now anyways. Later when the insurance company offered a ridiculous amount for my totaled vehicle, I called the woods office again. They said I had already canceled and they wouldn’t see me.
